Project Patterns for real-time distributed object middleware scheduling
Description The patterns project is producing software patterns, in the sense of Gang of Four design patterns and the POSA patterns books, for distributed real-time middleware scheduling. The project is collaboration with many, including Washington University, Ohio University, and the University of Kansas. Patterns that we are developing include scheduling in distributed system; a distributed Scheduler’s interaction with a local scheduler; overload management; and others.
